Requirement:
Involved in handling full spectrum of the human resource functions.
Responsible for Company payroll, monthly report, analysis, HR documentation and statutory requirements.
Liaise with other functional/departmental managers, supervisors and employees on various human resource issues.
Enforcement on employee safety and health management.
Coordinate orientation, training and development programs.
Responsible for maintaining and updating of manpower recruitment datas, analysis and reporting.
